| On the development of new-quality productivity, Xia Baolong said that Hong Kong should actively meet the requirements of new-quality productivity development and open up a new horizon for Hong Kong's development amid the changing circumstances. He also encouraged Hong Kong to dare to say new things that had not been said before and to do things that had not been done before. I think, “Dare to say the new words that the predecessors did not say” is a kind of courage, but also a kind of wisdom. The new quality productivity is the inevitable outcome of scientific and technological progress and social change. It brings not only technological innovation, but also the overall upgrading of mode of production and life style. Hong Kong must dare to challenge the conventional wisdom, to come up with new ideas and perspectives, and not be constrained by conventional thinking or established rules. Only by breaking the rules and challenging the unknown can Hong Kong find a new direction and open up new development space in the wave of new qualitative productivity development. “Dare to do things that no one has done before” is a kind of responsibility, but also a kind of responsibility. The development of new quality productive forces can not be separated from practice, which is accompanied by difficulties and challenges. We must not be afraid of failure or setbacks. We must continue to uphold the spirit of Sierra Leone. We must maintain the courage and determination to test the waters first. Through continuous exploration and practice, we will accumulate valuable experience and build up our core competitiveness. At the same time, we need to deepen cooperation with the mainland to jointly promote the development of new quality productive forces. By strengthening cooperation in such fields as scientific and technological innovation and personnel training, we can form complementary advantages and achieve win-win results. |
